Embarking on a genuine Montessori journey starts right from the earliest years of your child's life. Our Montessori toddler program is thoughtfully crafted to embrace your child's innate curiosity and cater to their evolving requirements for discovery, structure, precision, interaction, mobility, focus, practice, purposeful engagement, emulation, self-sufficiency, and self-regulation. Furthermore, our classroom environment has been carefully designed to replicate the welcoming and cozy ambiance of a home, providing a comforting space for your little one to flourish.
Each morning, our little ones are warmly welcomed by their teachers and peers, and encouraged to become independent in simple tasks like hanging up their jackets, washing their hands, and entering the classroom.
Our students kickstart their day with the classic Montessori morning work cycle, where they freely explore various areas of interest: practical life, art, sensorial experiences, language, movement, and music. It's a dynamic and engaging time that seamlessly incorporates a nutritious morning snack.
During gathering time, children come together to sing, engage in fun movement activities, and absorb brief lessons on captivating subjects like baby animals, the changing seasons, weather, and nutrition. This is also a special time for discussion where children learn how to listen attentively and actively participate, fostering their social and communication skills. Additionally, we incorporate grace and courtesy, teaching children important social manners such as saying 'excuse me' when two people are actively conversing and greeting while maintaining eye contact, instilling valuable etiquette and interpersonal skills."
Following gathering time, our young explorers head outdoors for some recess fun in our specially designed playground areas where they dive into hands-on sensory experiences. Lunchtime, naptime, and dismissal mark the rest of their fulfilling day.
It's important to note that potty training is not a prerequisite in this class. Our toddler curriculum actively incorporates toilet learning and self-care, with our teachers working hand in hand with parents to ensure a smooth journey. As your child approaches the age of 3 and becomes fully potty-trained, they'll seamlessly transition into our Primary Program.
